Most homeowners think that one warranty is enough to protect them if something happens to their roof. Unfortunately, having only one warranty leaves you vulnerable to charges you shouldn’t have to pay for. The last thing you want is to end up with a lifetime warranty that’s heavily prorated or fails to cover installation issues.
When you purchase a new roof, you should receive two warranties: one warranty to cover the roofing product (usually provided by the manufacturer) and one to cover the installation (usually provided by the contractor). This is exactly what you get from McCarthy Metal Roofing.
